Optimize YouTube videos with appropriate tags, titles and descriptions

Manage YouTube channels of in-house content and partner content

Coordinate with the internal team such as editors and design team to create videos and designs

Understand and develop channel growth plans to meet goals

Track, analyse and report key opportunities for growth and/or change

Be up-to-date on industry trends and providing ongoing YouTube channel growth strategy to partners (. programming, channel optimization and management, audience development)
