We are looking candidate for the position of Social Media Manager for training industry. Social Media Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, managing and monitoring company's Social Media

strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts and increase sales.

Social Media Manager duties and responsibilities:

a. Implement a Social Media Strategy:

To develop, design, implement and manage our social media strategy to align with our business goals.

Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.

Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company's social content.

Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.

b. Implement Social Media Campaign and Branding and Promoting: :

To implement and manage social media campaign to align with our business goals.

To execute social media campaign which focused on measurable outcomes and influence to our followers.

Social Media Campaign would be very creative and informative which will help us in branding and promoting to the company and help to achieve goals.

To reach the target market through Social Media Campaign.

c. Customer Relationship:

To maintain a relationship with the customers by engaging them using social media platform.

To handle and answered queries on time and these queries should be monitor..

Candidate should be comfortable in solving queries in customer convenience language.

Candidate should be able to speak in a polite manner while answering arrogant customers.

d. Articles & Blogs writing & posting on Social Media.:

Develop relevant content topics to reach the company's target customers.

After every workshop /seminars need to create blogs/contents related to workshop/seminars
