Job description *
1. Develop, implement and manage our social media channels after conducting competitive research.
2. Plan, create, publish and share content on a regular basis that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness, and encourages community members to engage with the brand
3. Stay up to date with the latest social media trends
4. Optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility across all platforms
5. Monitor customer engagement and suggest content optimization
6. Moderate user-generated content in line with the moderation policy
7. Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
8. Define KPIs and KRAs for social media campaigns to measure the success of social media campaigns.
9. Should be able to use various social media marketing tools.
10. Work with the team to ensure content is informativeĀ andĀ appealing.
