Reporting to the Marketing Manager Customer Engagement and Products, this instrumental role will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of the organic social media and internal community social media platform engagement strategy. The Social Media Specialist will play a key role in positioning the brand and supporting acquisition efforts with organic messages. It requires a focus on best practice implementation of both strategic and tactical social media communication programs with a strong emphasis on analysis for continuous improvement. In addition, you will also be responsible for:
Executing the social media strategy and programs including but not limited to member recognition, testimonials, staff spotlights
Optimizing channels to increase visibility
Planning, managing and maintaining the social media calendar
Developing and optimizing social media content using data and insights
Monitoring social media and online member communities to gather insights on brand sentiment and mitigate risk
Have understanding of Graphic designer, Create Flyer and banners.
Executing the community engagement strategy, including identifying opportunities to optimize online platforms, increasing engagement and generating insights and content.
You are a degree qualified, social media expert with hands-on experience in developing strategies and managing content across multiple digital channels. You have 1+ years experience in the development and delivery of social media campaigns, as well as producing content including flyer, social media post. With particularly strong experience using LinkedIn and Facebook, you understand the social media landscape and trends, and are constantly trawling platforms and analysing trends. You always want to be at the heart of what matters most to your audience, and are constantly hungry to find ways to engage with new audiences through brilliant content.
