JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand presence, engage audiences, and drive business growth. This role involves managing social media accounts, creating and curating content, analysing performance metrics, and staying updated on the latest trends and tools in social media marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

*Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.

*Manage and oversee daily operations of social media platforms (., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).

*Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including text, images, videos, and live streams.

*Monitor and respond to audience interactions, comments, and messages to foster community engagement.

*Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.

*Analyse

social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or native platform insights, and provide regular reports.

*Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, audience preferences, and opportunities.

*Develop and manage paid social media advertising campaigns.

*Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and algorithm changes to optimize strategies.

*Build relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and other industry partners to amplify brand reach.

Qualifications and Skills

*Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

*Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.

*Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

*Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

*Proficiency in social media management tools (., Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
