Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and implementing strategies to grow brand presence and increase engagement across various social media channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create and manage content across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns.
Manage day-to-day interactions and communications on social media platforms.
Collaborate with marketing, PR, and design teams to align content and messaging.
Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Implement paid social media campaigns (ads, promotions, etc.) and optimize for best performance.
Build and nurture relationships with influencers, partners, and followers.
Handle customer inquiries or comments on social platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in social media management tools (., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
Experience with analytics tools (., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
Graphic design or video editing skills (bonus).
