Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to join our growing team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement across various platforms.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to align with company goals and objectives.
Identify target audience segments and tailor content to effectively reach and engage them.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to keep the company ahead in the digital landscape.
Content Creation and Curation:
Create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, you tube, whats app etc.
Curate user-generated content and collaborate with internal teams to showcase the company's culture, products, and values.
Community Management:
Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activity, and relevant conversations.
Respond promptly to user comments, messages, and inquiries with a customer-centric approach.
Foster a positive online community and manage potential PR issues effectively.
Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize analytics tools to measure the success of social media campaigns and initiatives.
Provide regular reports on key performance indicators, analyze data, and recommend adjustments to strategy as needed.
Collaboration and Cross-functional Communication:
Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align social media activities with broader business goals.
Collaborate with influencers and industry partners to expand the brand's reach.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
