We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to join our educational institution's marketing team. As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will manage our social media accounts, create compelling content, engage with our online community, and analyze analytics to gauge the success of our campaigns.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Collaborate with marketing, admissions, and communications teams to ensure alignment of social media strategies with overall institutional goals.
Content Creation:
Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Develop content calendars and schedules to ensure consistent posting and relevance.
Community Engagement:
Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms in a timely and engaging manner.
Foster community engagement and build relationships with followers, potential students, alumni, and other stakeholders.
Campaign Management:
Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions to support admissions, events, and other institutional initiatives.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize strategies based on insights.
Brand Management:
Maintain brand consistency across all social media platforms.
Uphold social media best practices and policies, ensuring compliance with institutional guidelines.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyze social media metrics and generate reports on performance.
Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and tactics for continuous improvement.
Stay Updated:
Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and education sector trends.
