Job Title: Social Media Manager

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to lead our online presence and develop engaging content that resonates with our target audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

2. Create high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos) for various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).

3. Manage and schedule content using social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer).

4. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media in a timely and professional manner.

5. Analyze social media metrics (engagement rates, follower growth, conversions) to optimize content and advertising strategies.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, communications, customer service) to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

7. Stay up-to-date with social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

1. 3+ years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.

2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

3. Proven track record of successful social media campaigns and content creation.

4. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.

5. Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

1. Experience with social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads).

2. Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite).

3. Certifications in social media marketing (Hootsuite, Facebook Blueprint).
