**Qualifications:**

1. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

2. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

4. Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas.

5. Proficient in social media management tools and analytics.

6. Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.

7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

8. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
