Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our clients' platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with business goals and client objectives.

Content Creation: Develop engaging content for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) including graphics, videos, and written posts.

Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner, fostering a positive community around our brands.

Analytics and Reporting: Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.

Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, social media tools, and best practices to ensure competitive positioning.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, graphic designers, and content creators to align on campaigns and messaging.

Paid Advertising: Manage social media ad campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance analysis.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

1+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in an agency setting.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.

Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
