Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to enhance our online presence, engage our audience, and promote our brand effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Create engaging content using Canva Premium, including graphics, videos, and written posts that align with our brand identity.

Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.

Analyze social media metrics and provide reports on performance, insights, and areas for improvement.

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency.

Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.

Utilize basic video editing tools to create and edit content for various platforms.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any field.

0-3 years of experience in social media management or a related role.

Proficiency in Canva and basic video editing software.

Strong understanding of SEO and social media KPIs.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
