Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences

2. Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals

3. Developing and executing content calendars

4. Set specific objectives and report on ROI

5. Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (. original text, photos, videos, and news)

6. Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics

7. Ability to create effective social media marketing strategies and campaigns

8. Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency

9. Communicate with followers, respond to queries promptly, and monitor customer reviews

10. Oversee social media accounts’ design (. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout)

11. Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions

12. Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
