Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels,
including but not limited to PPC, SEM, display advertising, social media advertising, and
email marketing.
Optimize campaign performance through continuous monitoring, analysis, and optimization
of key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI.
Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics,
Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms, and generate regular reports to share insights and
recommendations.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in
performance marketing, and make recommendations for innovation and improvement.
Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting for performance marketing campaigns,
ensuring optimal allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and
other assets that drive engagement and conversions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in performance marketing, with a strong track record of planning,
executing, and optimizing successful campaigns across various digital channels.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools, including Google Ads, Facebook
Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to
translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
