- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in International Chat and Email process.

- Understand the requirement of working professionals in IT and offer them Online Courses & Services provided on

- Understanding business needs & requirements and fulfil it.

- Excellent written communications skills

- Building relationships with customers & followup with them.

- Asks Direct Relevant Questions to customer
