Role & Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies for clients, aligning with
their overall marketing goals and performance marketing objectives.
Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms such
as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
Monitor and analyse social media metrics to track success and adjust
strategies as needed
Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure social
media efforts align with overall campaign objectives
Manage ORM
Create regular social listening reports
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for social media management and performance marketing
Skills Required:
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with
clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Experience in planning and implementing integrated strategies on
brands, driving business value for them.
Ability to provide training support to the team and implement ways
of working/processes/schedules to course-correct.
Basic knowledge of KPI sheets, P&L management, manpower mapping,
salary budgeting, and succession planning.
Creative problem-solving attitude and ability to identify and develop PR
opportunities.
Ability to facilitate effective payment collection from clients to ensure timely
payment.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, performance marketing,
and their algorithms. Execution expertise will be preferred.
Knowledge of whatsapp and email marketing.
Strong analytical skills and experience with social media
metrics.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
RELEVANT INFORMATION:
We work 5 days a week Mon Fri from 9:30 to 6:30
A Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Masters degree in communications/ MMs/ MBA is welcome.
