Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to achieve the company's marketing goals. 2. Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, infographics, and other multimedia formats. Collaborate with internal teams or external agencies to develop high-quality content that resonates with the target audience and aligns with the brand's voice and tone.
3. Social Media Management: Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. This includes scheduling and publishing posts, monitoring social media channels for comments and messages, responding to inquiries, and managing social media advertising campaigns.
4. Social Media Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize social media advertising campaigns to drive targeted traffic, engagement, and conversions. This includes setting up ad campaigns, monitoring performance, analysing data, and making recommendations for optimizations based on insights and metrics.
5. Analytic and Reporting: Monitor and analyse social media performance using relevant analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, social media analytics platforms, and other reporting tools. Prepare regular reports on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements to the marketing team.
6. Social Listening and Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, industry news, and best practices. Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, customer feedback, and conversations related to the brand or industry, and respond in a timely and appropriate manner.
