Role - Executive - Social Media Marketing

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer database on regular basis.

• Create social media campaigns- content ideation, creation, and posting as per schedule

• Manage various email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, and content used in our email sends.

• Create and send Whatsapp Messages and Images. Research and monitor activity of company competitors and potential collaborations

• Generate content from the studio of various loose flowers, arrangements, BTS, videos, and other relevant activities that can be used for our Digital marketing

• Design season-wise floral catalogs with appropriate product information & pricing for sharing with different enquirers.

• Develop moodboard for various themed concepts for the purpose of sales pitching

• Plan and manage paid campaigns on all active platforms with the sole objective to generate leads.

• Measure and optimize our paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and marketing analytics reports.
