Title: Social Media Executive
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Conceptualise and create content to amplify company goals and vision across earned and owned media channels
· Support the communications team with strong messaging for PR and internal communication campaigns
· Work with the internal graphic designer to supplement content with creative infographics
· Handle the day-to-day running of the Company’s social media accounts
· Create and schedule content for a variety of social channels
· Review content performance, measure success, and optimize strategies
· Track social media growth opportunities and make recommendations
· Engage in proactive social listening and monitoring to engage with Company’s stakeholders
Key Skills and Competencies:
· Knowledge in and as a business journalist or content/communications professional
· Strong editorial judgment with an ability to research and write articles from scratch
· A good knack for storytelling and the ability to create high-impact content that will be amplified across internal/external channels
· Knowledge in handling social media accounts, especially on Twitter and LinkedIn
· Strong knowledge of different types of posts and publishing formats
· A strong interest in pop culture and a finger on the pulse of social media trends
· Strong creativity and collaboration skills
