Social Media Manager will be responsible for curating the brand’s social media channels, creating and posting engaging content and strategist and executing digital marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities include:

A. Create and post shareable and engaging posts, videos and images.

B. Strategist and execute digital marketing campaigns and gather and analyze the data results from those campaigns

C. Monitor, moderate and respond to audience comments; manage social media partnerships with other brands

D. Understanding how to use engagement metrics effectively and how to optimize campaigns based on those metrics

E. Be the voice of the brand on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other engaging social media platforms

Key Skills:

A. Graphics production/expertise: Should be able to produce high-content, high-quality images through tools that can engage audiences on social media. More than a Photoshop expert, an understanding of smart content-driven designs, utilization of simple graphic tools and ability to drive other designers is required

B. Social Media expertise: Should know YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram in great depth and understand how each platform differs. Should be open to exploring all other social media platforms for the brand as well

C. Communication: Top-notch communication and writing skills are needed, while a good sense of humor is a bonus. Idealization of viral content that benefits the brand is needed

D. Customer-service mindset: Should be able to recognize and understand the audience on each platform and keep them in mind while crafting each message

E. Brand-building attitude: Should have a focus on building the overall reputation and image of the brand.
