Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to generate leads and increase brand visibility.

2. Lead Generation: Actively engage with potential clients on social media platforms to identify and qualify leads.

3. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential leads through regular communication on social media.

4. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to track the success of lead generation efforts. Provide regular reports to management.

5. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

6. Customer Engagement: Respond promptly to customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate sales channels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role, with a focus on social media lead generation.

• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Telegram.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets and driving business growth.

Compensation:

• Fixed monthly salary in the range of ₹18,000 - ₹22,000.

• Incentives based on the achievement of predefined growth targets.
