Social Media Marketing Manager

We're seeking a highly motivated Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team and lead the charge in growing our brand presence on Facebook and Instagram. You'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy, creating engaging content, and driving measurable results.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a data-driven social media strategy aligned with overall marketing goals.

Create high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos, Reels) that resonates with our target audience.

Manage social media calendars and scheduling tools to ensure consistent posting across platforms.

Conduct in-depth social media analytics, including keyword analysis, trend analysis, competitor analysis, and ROI/ROAS calculations.

Experiment with paid social media advertising campaigns to optimize reach and engagement.

Develop and manage influencer marketing campaigns to amplify brand awareness.

Oversee video production, including scripting, shooting Reels and videos, and collaborating with creatives for photoshoots.

Provide guidance on music selection, filters, and editing for all social media content.

Manage social media communities by responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.

Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices.

Generate regular reports to track progress and measure the success of social media initiatives.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in social media marketing

Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media campaigns.

In-depth knowledge of Facebook and Instagram advertising platforms.

Strong analytical skills with experience in social media
