We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our travel company. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, engaging with our audience, creating compelling content, and driving growth for our brand across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive bookings for our tours and travel packages.

Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (posts, videos, stories, reels) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok.

Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with promotional events, special offers, and seasonal packages.

Track and analyze social media performance metrics using analytics tools (., Google Analytics, Instagram Insights) to optimize engagement and improve strategies.

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies, especially in the travel industry, to keep our social media presence relevant and innovative.

Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and influencers to create engaging travel content, including destination highlights, behind-the-scenes clips, and customer testimonials.

Run paid social media ad campaigns to target relevant audiences and increase lead generation.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.

Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok) and their algorithms.

Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.

Ability to create visually appealing content, with basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
