Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Strategy:

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.

Create engaging and relevant content (text, images, videos) for various platforms.

Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all channels.

Plan and manage a social media content calendar.

Social Media Management:

Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.

Monitor and engage with followers and comments.

Respond to messages and inquiries promptly.

Community Management:

Build and foster relationships with online communities.

Facilitate discussions and encourage participation.

Analytics and Reporting:

Track and analyze social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions).

Identify trends and insights to optimize strategies.

Prepare reports on social media performance.

Staying Updated:

Keep abreast of the latest social media trends, platforms, and best practices.

Research and identify new tools and technologies for social media management.

Other Responsibilities:

Collaborate with other marketing team members.

May be involved in paid social media advertising campaigns.

May be responsible for taking client pictures, capturing videos and coming up with skits.
