As the Social Media Product Manager at Global Galaxy, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy across various platforms to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and customer satisfaction. Collaboration with marketing, content creation, and product teams to align social media initiatives with overall business objectives will be a key part of your role. Your efforts will be crucial in driving growth, optimizing campaigns, and using analytics to inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to achieve business goals.

2) Manage and oversee all social media accounts, including planning and publishing content.

3) Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.

4) Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation.

5) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media into broader marketing campaigns and product launches.

6) Possess knowledge of Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques and the ability to analyze social media data to make data-driven decisions.

7) Foster relationships with influencers and manage partnerships to expand reach and engagement.

8) Provide regular reporting and insights on social media performance to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role in a global or large-scale organization.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices.

- Experience in managing social media advertising campaigns and budgets.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.
