Key Responsibilities:
1) Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to achieve business goals.
2) Manage and oversee all social media accounts, including planning and publishing content.
3) Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
4) Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation.
5) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media into broader marketing campaigns and product launches.
6) Possess knowledge of Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques and the ability to analyze social media data to make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role in a global or large-scale organization.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices.
- Experience in managing social media advertising campaigns and budgets.
