Social Media Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition across various platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends, content creation, and community management.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy Development: Create, implement, and manage social media strategies to align with the companys marketing goals and objectives.

Content Creation & Curation: Develop, write, and post engaging content (graphics, copy, videos, etc.) across all relevant social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).

Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build relationships with the community to increase brand loyalty.

Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, follower growth, and conversions. Provide regular performance reports and insights to improve strategy.

Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid ads and organic growth initiatives, to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

Brand Voice & Consistency: Ensure that all social media content reflects the companys voice, tone, and brand identity.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, graphic designers, and other departments to create cohesive marketing materials.

Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, best practices, and new technologies to implement fresh, innovative strategies.

Crisis Management: Respond to negative feedback or online crises in a professional manner, escalating issues when necessary.
