Job Description:

This role is for Vachan's POSP - The Covernote - An digital platform and app-based solution for licensed POS Advisors to distribute/sell insurance policies to their consumers, in the span of minutes.

We are looking for a digital marketing manager who will build our marketing team from the ground up. The ideal candidate will develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all channels.

Location: Hyderabad

Work from Office is mandatory

DAY SHIFT : MON - SAT 10:00 to 6:00

PACKAGE: 20,000 - 40,000

Job Responsibilities

Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

Design, build and maintain our social media presence

Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

Role Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.

Proven working experience in digital marketing.

Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)

Experience with using Canva

Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
