Key Responsibilities:
Acquire new customers through inbound calls, outbound calling, or email.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Communicate with team members and customers using a variety of multimedia resources.
Keep up with the latest social media best practices and technologies
Develop, implement, and manage the social media strategy.
Manage multiple platforms, answer replies, and look at post history.
Coordinate with operations & Marketing departments
