Job Purpose:
As a STEAM Instructor, the ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the social media presence. This role will create engaging and relevant content, implement social media strategies, and manage online communities to enhance brand awareness and engagement with our target audience.
Role and Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and reach for our company's STEM programs.
2. Create and curate compelling and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
3. Write engaging and informative captions, posts, and articles that align with the company's brand voice and objectives.
4. Design and create visual assets, including graphics, images, videos, and infographics, to accompany social media content.
5. Schedule and publish social media posts, ensuring consistent and timely delivery of content.
6. Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
7. Analyze social media metrics and insights to assess the performance of content, campaigns, and audience engagement, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
8. Stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to inform content creation and strategy.
9. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
10. Coordinate with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality visual assets for social media content.
11. Conduct social media advertising campaigns to promote our STEM programs and reach targeted audiences.
12. Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
