Roles & Responsibility
Be in charge of every social media account of the company's brands
Handle customer queries and complaints raised on social platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and reviews on Play / Appstore etc.
Connect with the customers through Email / Social platforms to understand their grievances and provide appropriate resolution to their concerns.
Handle the positive and negative publicity on all social media handles rating websites
Liaising up with different verticals to get the end resolution for the customer.
Monitor how the brands are engaging with the audience.
Ensure that all written communication is carried out as per the customer care procedures.
An ideal candidate should have:
Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
Strong acumen to understand the sentiment of the customer and convert negative sentiments to positive sentiments.
Graduate/ Post Graduate in any stream.
