Job Description

SMO Roles & responsibilities include

• Maintain social media profiles- Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn

• Develop a social media strategy to engage existing audiences and acquire new customers.

• Conduct research and curate campaigns to drive organic traffic.

• Create content calendars for each platform.

• Manage day to day handling & postings on all platforms according to the calendar.

• Keep up with the new algorithms and newly launched engagement tools.

• Gather and respond to the leads coming on social media channels.

• Monitor, analyse and report the performance using tools like google analytics & Facebook insights.

• Work with a team of content writers and graphic designers.

Qualifications

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 1 to 3years experience in – SMO

• Passion for social media and internet marketing industries
