Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement for international e-commerce clients.

Manage and optimize social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.

Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and appropriately apply that knowledge to increase the use of social media.

Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute campaigns that align with client goals and objectives.

Regularly report on social media metrics and performance insights to demonstrate effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Provide exceptional client service by understanding client needs, goals, and expectations, and proactively addressing concerns.
