Walk-in Skin Therapist (Only Females)

Responsible for the complete treatment cycle of patients, starting from appointments, follow up, keeping track of missed treatments, upselling and billing.

Job Description

Responsible for patients who have opted for treatment.

Maintain and update treatment files Pre/post treatment.

Upload all pre and post treatment photos.

Assist in other departments as and when required

Responsible for upkeep of treatment rooms.

Upselling and cross selling of other treatments.

Maintaining good rapport with patients at all times.

Generating referral walk in from existing patients.

Maintaining high standards and ensuring a decent customer satisfaction score.

Handle and divert all escalations to the right departments

Only female candidates required
