Job experience: 1-4 years in Skin care clinic or Medical Telecalling

Responsibilities:

Providing customers with information on services, treatments & offers

Converting patients and scheduling for appointments

Cross selling skills

Take calls from customers and do outbound calling

Identifying customer needs

Taking customer calls and solving queries

It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.

Training will be provided

Basic computer knowledge.

Schedule:

Comfortable to work from 11:00AM to 08:00PM

Day shift (Tuesdays off)
