We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced site admin and document controller to join our Clint team in Uzbekistan and oversee the construction and operation of solar projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing solar projects, including site supervision, quality control, and safety management.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee the day-to-day operations of solar construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

* Lead and manage a team of construction workers, providing guidance, training, and support.

* Coordinate with project engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution.

* Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures on the job site.

* Monitor and report project progress to management.

* Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.

Qualifications

* Minimum 2 years of experience in solar project management, including site supervision, quality control, and safety management.

* Strong leadership and organizational skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
