We are seeking a skilled and reliable MacBook On-Site Technician to join our team on a commission basis. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for technology and excellent problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing MacBook hardware and software issues at customer locations. The position offers flexible working hours, allowing for both full-time and part-time commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform on-site diagnostics and repairs of MacBook devices, including hardware replacements, software troubleshooting, and system upgrades.
Provide exceptional customer service by explaining technical issues and solutions to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of MacBook models, operating systems, and common issues.
Ensure all repairs are completed efficiently and meet quality standards.
Manage and document all service requests, repairs, and follow-ups.
Travel to customer locations within the designated area to perform on-site services.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a MacBook technician or similar role, with strong technical skills in hardware and software repair.
In-depth knowledge of MacBook models, macOS, and related technologies.
Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Compensation:
This position is commission-based, with earnings dependent on the number of jobs completed. There is potential for significant income based on performance.
