Job description

We are looking for Site Supervisor / Project In charge for Turnkey interior Projects with minimum 3-5 yrs. experience in same field:

Having hands on working experience in Turnkey Interior Contracting company

Can read & analyze drawings & BOQ

To perform day to day site activities independently

Supervising & instructing construction team as well as sub-contractors

Sound knowledge of various services & MEP works

Having measurement & billing knowledge

Plan & organize resources in advance for the assigned site

Executing all the site work

Coordinate with client, Sub-contractors & suppliers etc.

Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work related accidents & injuries

Maintains material receipt records

Desired Candidate Profile

Person with prior experience & proven track record of executing Trunkey interior projects

Ability to lead others in the completion of a schedule, budget guidelines, and customer requirements

Great verbal and written communication skills
