- Oversee day-to-day operations at the construction site, ensuring all activities are carried out according to the project plan, schedule, and safety regulations.

- Monitor construction work to ensure it meets the required standards, specifications, and legal requirements.

- Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.

- Coordinate the activities of various teams, ensuring that work is completed on time and within the scope of the project.

- Ensure that construction materials, tools, and equipment are available and used efficiently, avoiding delays due to shortages or misuse.

- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including progress, issues, labor hours, material usage, and any changes or deviations from the project plan.

- Identify potential problems on-site and work with the project manager or other stakeholders to resolve them quickly and efficiently.

- Assist in monitoring and controlling the budget for the site, ensuring that work is completed within the financial constraints.

- Supervise and provide leadership to workers on site, ensuring that everyone follows the established work procedures and safety guidelines.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders on the site.

- Ensure that all construction activities comply with environmental regulations and that the site is kept clean and environmentally friendly.

- Oversee subcontractor work and ensure it meets quality standards and project requirements.

- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure proper scheduling and execution of their tasks.

- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards, ensuring that corrective actions are implemented immediately.

- Ensure efficient site logistics, including the organization of equipment, machinery, and workforce, to optimize productivity and minimize delays.
