Conduct daily safety checks and safety briefings to prevent accidents and hazards.
Implement and monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Investigate accidents and near-miss incidents and ensure corrective measures are taken.
Ensure that construction work is completed in line with design specifications, quality standards, and legal requirements.
Conduct regular inspections of the work performed to verify compliance with plans and regulations.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality control procedures.
Monitor progress on-site and report to the project manager or construction manager.
Track and report on key project metrics, including cost, progress, and resource utilization.
Manage any changes to the project scope, timeline, or budget, and document them appropriately.
Assist in monitoring the project budget, ensuring that costs are kept within allocated limits.
Identify potential cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Report any budgetary concerns to the project manager and assist in corrective actions.
Supervise construction workers, subcontractors, and any other on-site personnel.
Provide guidance, training, and motivation to the construction team.
Ensure that the team follows work schedules, and provide performance feedback.
