• 6 to 8 yrs of relevant experience of having worked on first cut, layout drawings, elevations & GFC with Architecture & interior Designing firms on commercial projects.

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Designing/Architecture from a reputed college; preferably a full time course.

• Proficient in A-CAD / MS office / E-mail communication.

• Having fair experience on large scale Hi- end Residential / commercial projects.

• Should have excellent communication skills & capability of coordinating with clients, consultants, Contractors & Vendors.

• Well versed with Project Planning, measurement checking. Should have presentation skills.

• Understanding client requirements and interfacing between client and departments within the organization.

• Knowledge of coordination with MEP/ HVAC/ Automation + Design team .

• Should be able to Schedule projects timelines , Barchart.

• Daily Manpower arrange & handling.

• Daily data maintain to material received & Quantity checking.

• Should have knowledge of material , BOQ , cost analysis.

• Take the measurements for all Project Work.

• Ensure that project is completed in stipulated time.

• To understand the technical requirements of the work and be able to explain the same to others

• Continuously see & check to all labour work.

• Meeting with Client, Vendors & contractors.

• Preparation of project budget and managing the project without cost overrun.

• Undertaking the planning, monitoring, controlling & evaluation of the whole project.

• Ability to manage minor changes on site.

• Good communication skills.

• Communicate with the client, client billing and follow up with other agencies involved in the project.

• To focus on waste reduction.

• Leadership qualities, Decision taker.

• Prepare interim and final reports and submit to the client and to the management as well.

• Handing over the project and obtaining completion certificate.

• Should be able to travel and allocate as per project basis .
