Job Summary:

Oversee project construction, ensure quality and safety standards, and manage site activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Site management: Supervise site activities, ensuring compliance with project plans.

2. Quality control: Monitor construction quality, identify defects, and implement corrective actions.

3. Safety management: Ensure site safety, implement safety protocols, and conduct regular inspections.

4. Coordination: Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.

5. Inspection and testing: Conduct regular site inspections and testing.

6. Problem-solving: Resolve site-related issues promptly.

7. Reporting: Provide regular site progress reports to project management.

8. Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, building codes, and project specifications.

9. Team management: Supervise site staff, provide guidance, and allocate tasks.

10. Documentation: Maintain site records, including daily reports, inspection records, and test results.
