1. Oversee and manage the daily operations at the construction site to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.

2. Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.

3. Supervise construction teams, including laborers, equipment operators, and subcontractors, to ensure quality work and safety compliance.

4. Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and construction site protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.

5. Monitor the quality of workmanship on-site and ensure that all work is completed according to the approved plans and industry standards.

6. Monitor and control project expenses to ensure that costs do not exceed the approved budget.

7. Act as the primary point of contact between the construction team and senior management, clients, and external stakeholders.

8. Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress reports, and any changes or modifications in the scope of work.

9. Identify potential risks (safety, financial, or operational) on the site and implement mitigation strategies.

10. Ensure the timely completion of all tasks according to the project schedule.

11. Conduct final inspections and ensure that all work meets the required specifications before the project handover.

12. Manage, motivate, and mentor the workforce on-site.
