Responsibility:
Preparation of Strategic Business Plans and Annual Business Plan.
Setting up weekly targets for the Teams and strategizing with them to achieve them.
Ensuring smooth functioning of sales processes on all projects under you every day
Proactively working towards the product development and training of the sales team so they can impress the clients visiting the site.
Handling customer queries for better customer satisfaction.
Reporting on sales activities, opportunities for the week, lost leads with reasons to senior management.
Accountability of all leads and check if they have been entered in the system correctly.
Ensure timely recovery of payments, registrations, and disbursement as per the checkpoint or timelines confirmed at the time of booking.
Troubleshooting in case the Purchaser is faulting on payments or banking
Managing the Team.
Creating and managing a network of Channel Partners in coordination with the Sourcing teams.
Working extensively with project teams to strategize their sales to fit the business plan of the project.
Creation of project-specific marketing plans and formulating the right value proposition for customer segments.
Responsible for collaboration with other departments and internal stakeholders thus providing additional sales support to project teams.
Formulating better sales/sales administration processes/policies for the company and ensuring adherence across projects.
Manpower planning, recruiting the right talent, and then training and grooming.
