The PEB Site Engineer will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction of pre-engineered buildings on-site. They will work closely with the project team to ensure that the building is constructed safely, within budget, and on schedule. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with design requirements and applicable codes and regulations.
Coordinating with the project team to schedule work activities and ensure that materials and equipment are available when needed.
Managing the construction crew, including scheduling and supervising workers, and ensuring that work is being performed safely and efficiently.
Monitoring project progress and quality of work to ensure that the building is being constructed according to the project plan and specifications.
Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during construction, including design conflicts, material shortages, and other construction-related problems.
Maintaining accurate records of all construction activities, including daily progress reports, material usage, and personnel timekeeping.
Ensuring that all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
Knowledge of pre-engineered building construction techniques, materials, and codes.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
