Coordinate with internal team for understanding project requirement & specifications

Review the BOQ & LAYOUT

Coordinate with stockholders & vendors for estimate

Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best rates .

Submitting the estimate for MIS team for PO and request cost approval from projects team

Prepare the list of materials required & quantity of materials .

Sourcing the materials & products required for the project .

Preparation of TAT Project timelines with day-to-day work schedule.

Supervise & manage the execution of projects , ensuring adherence to quality standards & timeline .

Provide technical supports and guidance to the vendors & site workers .

Solve any design or execution problems that may arise during the project .

updating internal team on work progress .

Maintain accurate documentation & records of the project activities .

Should be able to handle the project individually & handover the project on time as per the project timelines & quality standards

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations & standards on site.

Coordinate with client for project updates and doubts on BOQ & LAYOUT .
