Project Planning:

Site Inspections:

specifications.

• Identify and address any issues that may affect the quality or progress of the project.

Quality Assurance:

• Implement quality assurance processes to ensure that mechanical installations meet industry standards and project requirements.

• Perform inspections and tests to verify the quality of materials and workmanship.

Coordination with Other Disciplines:

• Collaborate with civil, electrical, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems with overall project

requirements.

• Address interdisciplinary coordination challenges during construction.

Safety Compliance:

• Enforce safety protocols and standards on the construction site to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.

• Conduct safety audits and inspections regularly.

Construction Management:

• Oversee the our mechanical service activities on site.

• Monitor activity progress and ensure it aligns with the project schedule.

Material Procurement and Management:

• Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of mechanical equipment and materials.

• Manage the storage and distribution of materials on the construction site.

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including project plans, drawings, specifications, and change orders.

• Prepare daily reports on site activities and progress.

Problem Resolution:

• Identify and address technical issues or conflicts that arise during construction.

• Collaborate with the design team and contractors to find effective solutions.
