Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to develop project specifications and schedules

Perform site surveys and assessments to gather necessary data for project planning and design

Oversee the entire construction process, ensuring compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and building codes

Manage the procurement of construction materials, equipment, and necessary resources

Supervise and coordinate construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget

Conduct regular inspections on-site to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance

Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process in a timely and efficient manner

Keep detailed records of construction activities, including daily reports, photographs, and progress updates

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

Proven experience as a Civil Site Engineer in the construction industry

Proficient in using computer-aided design (CAD) software for project planning and design

In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes

Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
