Initial site visiting for understanding the requirement of client.(small site)

Heat load calculation.

Quantity calculation of duct, pipe, equipment's.

Specification checking while ordering.

Obtaining GA drawing and giving manufacturing clearance.

Site visit & material ordering list along with schedule - Assurance for exact quantity & technical specs. & assistance to purchase.

Basic site study.

List of materials required for job along with quantity

Identifying safe area for material storage at site and getting approval from client.

Confirmation of drawing as per site conditions

Follow up for preliminary drawing

Planning with client for completion of project.

Follow up of transportation.

Documentation of invoices, delivery challans and E way bills received from suppliers.

Manage the worker for loading , unloading, shifting the material.

Getting our delivery challans certified from client.

Local purchase of any material required at site after approval from purchase dept.

Variation sheet preparation as per sales, ordered, installed material on site.

Documentation DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ.

Submission of documents to client in required formats as applicable.

List of contractors hired at site.

Daily work permission and reporting to client.

Daily work done reporting to NS.

Maintain the documentation of worker (Health & Personal data as per requirement of client).

Attendance of workers - contractor wise.

Provide the safety information to workers.

Daily work done quantity measurement.

Maintaining material inventory.

Follow up the work position & its stage from workers (while absence on site ).

Joint measurement with contractor/ client.

Finalizing measurement of work done on site before client visit.

Measurement certification from client for billing.

Scrap management & manage the scrap collector.

Preparation of As built drawing and measurement sheets in co-ordination with contractor and client.

Submission of invoice and follow up for finalization.
