We are a well-established Premium Car Rental Company with more than Two Decades of Experience and expertise in the field of employee transport and corporate transport.
We need Transport Coordinators with the following skills:
Candidates must have good geographical knowledge of both Bangalore urban and rural areas.
Candidates must have basic knowledge of employee transport services and transport industry in general.
Candidates must have above average communication skills especially in Kannada and English, if the candidate is good in Hindi and other regional languages it would be an added bonus.
Prefer candidates who are staying near the IT belts around the Bangalore city.
If the candidates know how to source vehicles and possess knowledge of routing, keen to take on challenges, handle multiple sites' issues and should slowly inculcate the capacity to be Site In Charge for the respective sites for our clientele.
Routing, MIS prep and Vehicle Sourcing is a must for this profile.
Working hours will be 10 hours minimum depending on the site and number of routes.
Candidates should be punctual in their work ethics since Employee Transport Services mainly depends on correct timings for Login and Logout.
The Candidate should have necessary communication skills to handle various type of drivers (who come from the grass root level). Skillfully handling drivers ultimately gets the positive results.
