We are looking for an experienced Site Administrator to join our team in Uzbekistan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes, and coordinating with different departments to meet project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations on the project site and ensure proper administrative management.

Maintain communication between the site and head office, ensuring all paperwork is up to date.

Manage staff attendance, payroll processing, and maintain accurate records.

Ensure compliance with local laws, safety standards, and company policies.

Handle coordination with suppliers, contractors, and vendors.

Ensure site safety and report any issues to management promptly.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Administrator, preferably in construction or related industries.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Russian or Uzbek is a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.).

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Willing to relocate to Uzbekistan and work on-site.
